Setup Information Browsing Record

The Browsing Record provides access to recorded calls if you have enabled the wholesale Call Recording option.

• The initial view presents all accounts that have call recording enabled.
• Select the account to view dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
• Select a date to view the recordings, which get stored using the Call-ID as the filename.

Legal Responsibility

At present, call recordings get stored indefinitely.

We make no assumptions about your data expiration policy, the laws applicable to your company, or this information.

It's your responsibility to inform us if you wish to delete this data.
